It’s the bottom of those conferences that make the conferences mid majors. Sure BYU, New Mexico, Temple and Xavier aren’t exactly mid majors. But Fordham and Air Force are definitely.
shouldnt zach parise be there?
I actually picked Zetterberg.
Grab not even playing is probably the worst. AT least pronger can get on theice..
Angels are going to take the West again, but I wouldn’t bet on it because it’d only return 20 cents on the dollar.
BYU has 7 straight NCAA Tournament losses.
Caught this on SportsCenter this morning. Manu’s athleticism has always been an extremely underestimated aspect to his game. Hate him though…
Dont think he will be to depressed with those hotties following him
Didn’t the Angels sign Fernando Rodney? And their bullpen didn’t improve at all? Mwahahahahaha
Some others would be Strasburg and Austin Jackson.
Is Aroldis Chapman ready to be pitching this year for the Reds?
Wieters reminds me a little of Mauer with the big frame good arm and good bat.
Strasburg and Chapman were addressed at the bottom. Austin Jackson probably won’t be seeing the Yankees roster to open the season.
Of course Austin Jackson won’t be seeing the Yankees roster, he’s on the Tigers…
Typo on my part
Didn’t even realize he got a piece.
I was really impressed with the Slovaks courage and heart, they didn’t give up and played down to the second. More then you could say for Russia.
Great game
Jackson is the Tigers starting CF and lead off hitter going into the spring, he’ll see the field plenty to open the season.
U-S-A, U-S-A, U-S-A…I was looking forward to the Jamaican bobsled team myself but, oh well. Watching the olympics makes me want to play Nagano Winter Olympics on N64.
I would recommend Sonic at the Olympics on wii tbh
I agree it’s not really Wilson’s job to be bitching about this 3 or 4 days later. The games are over and he is no longer America’s head coach, he is Toronto’s again. However the article is misleading in that Crosby does not have the puck before it hits the ref. It hits him on an end around by USA’s defense and ends up bouncing to Jarome Iginla. The real crime in the whole thing is that no one is talking about the insane horizontal superman pass Iginla made to spring Crosby into the open.
Great article, who the hell actually cares about spring training or the players you wrote about
i’m sorry. i didn’t mean that.
yea CANADA hit the post 2 times in the third no ones mentioning that either!!!!!!
I turned to my brother with the bases loaded and said “If there is a time for a grand slam, it’s right now.” Sure enough Upton turned on one and disposed it 380ft over the left field wall.
Wilson was talking about the reception of Marty. He wasn’t questioning Luongo’s role as starter, at least publically.
How about Scott Sizemore?
Scott Sizemore is a very solid player for the Tigers but doesn’t possess the ceiling of the aforementioned players in the article.
What about Judson/Kohler or Goodridge/Herrera
I stuck with more recent knockouts as older gifs are generally harder to find.
I was going to put Hughes x Newton I on there, but I couldn’t find the gif of it.
No Nathan = awful bullpen for Minnesota.
Mauer and Morneau will have to hit their way to victory because I’m not sold on the pitching staff. Minnesota is in a tough spot because they are going to wind up shelling out a ton of money to keep Mauer giving them no opportunity to get any other solid free agent.
What teams do the players in the article play for? there is no mention…
I think that’s a pretty good outline for a rule. The Matt Cooke headshot is a complete headshaker, but a lot of headshots on direct hits are inadvertent blows.
I’d give it about ten more years before all dedicated baseball fans completely understand and believe in sabermetrics.
Carkner is about a foot taller. Love the music in the background
Fix the calender!
