Hedo Turkoglu’s tenure in Toronto has had its share of ups and downs. Between skipping training camp to recover from a bad back to his atrocious play of late, it hasn’t been easy. He’s definitely on an “up” right now.
Turkoglu made a couple of clutch free throws to take the lead at the end of the game against the Lakers for the win. Tonight, he went all out. He played as advertised and even threw down a few dunks. With 26 points and 11 rebounds in a win against the Knicks tonight, he was the prime candidate for a post-game interview with Jack Armstrong.
The interview was downright awkward. I can never tell if Hedo just has a sense of humor or if he’s just downright weird. Check out the interview by clicking here.
