He’s a rookie, he’s bound to have a rough game here and there. Not this kid. He finished with 55 points, including a ridiculous total of 29 in the third quarter. He drained 7-8 from behind the arc, and had 5 assists and 5 boards to boot. Fellow rookie Stephen Curry had a solid game for the Warriors, shooting 6-9 from the field and knocking down both threes he took, finishing with 14 points in 26 minutes. How much longer until Nellie is fired?

You’re the Boston Celtics, one of the top teams in the league, and a member of the Indiana Freakin’ Pacers guarantees a victory earlier in the week in the upcoming matchup, and this is how you respond? What happened to the intensity displayed frequently in Kevin Garnett’s Raptor-esque jaw? Unacceptable. Granger backed up his guarantee of a fourth straight victory with a game-high 29 points, 6 boards, 4 assists and 3 steals despite playing with an injured heel. Let’s give credit where credit’s due for the budding star.
