Agreed nearly 100%. I think if the league *WERE* to completely restructure to implement a salary cap, then something could obviously be done in regards to your four “salary cap negatives”. Some teams already refuse to sign with the team they’re drafted by, and there are stipulations about it and the team thusly rewarded in the next season’s order. But good work regardless.
